Maximum Contribution. If and to the extent any provision of this Article VI is unenforceable for any reason, the Indemnifying Party hereby agrees to make the maximum contribution to the payment and satisfaction of any Loss for which indemnification is provided for in Section 6.2 which is permissible under applicable legal requirements.
