MAXIMUM DUTY PERIOD. The maximum length of a planned scheduled Duty Period released by Crew Planning, excluding Deadheading at the end of the Duty Period, shall be as follows: 24:00 to 03:59 10 hours 04:00 to 04:59 11 hours 05:00 to 05:59 12 hours 06:00 to 06:59 13 hours 07:00 to 12:59 13 hours 13:00 to 16:59 13 hours 17:00 to 21:59 13 hours 22:00 to 22:59 12 hours 23:00 to 23:59 11 hours
MAXIMUM DUTY PERIOD. ‌ a) The maximum scheduled duty period shall be fourteen (14) hours. b) When a Cabin Crew Member is likely to exceed fourteen (14) hours due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e.: weather, mechanical, etc.) Cabin Crew shall be replaced at stations where Cabin Crew are available if a Pilot is replaced. c) The maximum duty period shall be seventeen (17) hours. Cabin Crew Members shall not work in excess of this limitation unless as stipulated in Article 22.06.02 d). d) The duty period in a) and c) may be extended by mutual agreement in order to Deadhead a Cabin Crew Member home after a Flight.
MAXIMUM DUTY PERIOD a. A Pilot’s actual Duty Period will not exceed fourteen (14) hours. i. Short Term Training and Checking (including RFT) (a) A Pilot will not be scheduled to be on duty in excess of fourteen (14) hours in any Duty Period. (b) If any part of the Pilot’s Duty Period falls between midnight and 0600, the Pilot will not be scheduled to be on duty in excess of twelve (12) hours in that Duty Period.
