Maximum Leverage Ratios. As calculated as of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Restricted Companies, the Restricted Companies shall not permit the ratio of (a) the unpaid principal amount of Net Funded Debt existing as of such last day to (b) Adjusted EBITDA for the four fiscal quarters ending on such last day to exceed 5.00 to 1.00.

Maximum Leverage Ratios. Borrower will cause Allied to maintain at all times a ratio of its Consolidated Total Liabilities to its Consolidated Shareholders' Equity of not greater than 1.75 to 1.
