Maximum Senior Debt to EBITDA Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Borrower shall not permit the ratio of (a) the consolidated Senior Debt of the Borrower as of end of such fiscal quarter to (b) the consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower for the preceding four fiscal quarters then ended, to be greater than 2.00 to 1.00.
