Maximum limit for all Claims. The aggregate amount of the liability of the Seller shall not exceed:

The maximum aggregate amount of the liability of the Seller for all Escrow Claims, Client Adjustment Amount claims and Claims, other than any Fundamental Warranty Claims, Tax Claims or any Claims under the Tax Covenant, shall not exceed a sum of 25% of the Debt Free/Cash Free Price.
