Maximum Member Utilization. The maximum number of days which a member may draw from the Bank in each school year shall be one hundred (100) days, provided there is a Bank balance of usable days to allow this. In no event shall any member receive from the Bank more than one hundred eighty (180) days over a three (3) year period.
