Common use of Maximum Number of Days Clause in Contracts

Maximum Number of Days. The maximum number of days of accumulated Leave of Absence for illness or injury which may be used for the purposes set forth above shall not exceed seven (7) days in any one (1) school year. (See exception in Section 11B. 1c(1- 2) above.) Leave taken during the Summer Session or an extra pay assignment is limited to the amount of Sick Leave earned in that Summer Session or academic year in which the extra pay was earned.
