Common use of Maximum order Clause in Contracts

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor— (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section.

Maximum order. Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor— (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year60 days; (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year90 days; (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 120 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(1b) (1) or (2) of this section.

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor—honor-- (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year$ 1,900,000,000.00; (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year$ 1,900,000,000.00; or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 60 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section.

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor—honor – (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year$50,000,000; (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year$50,000,000; or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section.

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor— (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per yearthe quantity ceiling for that CLIN. (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per yearthe contractor’s delivery rate required in Clause F-2 or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(11) or (2) of this section.

The Contractor is not obligated to honor— (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year1 Mobile Retardant Base;‌ (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year3 Mobile Retardant Bases; or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 7 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section.

The Contractor is not obligated to honor— (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year$10.4B for the base period and/or $11.9B for the option period (if exercised); (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year$10.4B for the base period and/or $11.9B for the option period (if exercised); or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 30 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section.

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor—honor - (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year[the maximum ceiling value specified in Section B.5]; (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year[the maximum ceiling value specified in Section B.2, Table B-1]; or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within [365 days days] that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section.

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor—: (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per year$99,999,999.00; (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per year99,999,999.00; or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 10 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(11) or (2) of this sectionabove.

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor—: (1) Any order for a single item in excess of N/A per yearthe total contract value (2) Any order for a combination of items in excess of N/A per yearthe total contract value or (3) A series of orders from the same ordering office within 365 N/A days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in paragraph subparagraph (b)(11) or (2) of this sectionabove.
