Common use of Maximum order Clause in Contracts

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor-- 1. Any delivery order for a single item in excess of $2 million. 2. Any delivery order for a combination of items in excess of $10 million; or 3. A series of delivery orders from the same ordering office within 10 days that together call for quantities exceeding the limitation in subparagraph (b)(1) or (2) above.
