MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. A. The Total Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with this Agreement, and the separate Maximum Obligations for each period under this Agreement, are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed for in Subparagraph B. below.
B. ADMINISTRATOR may amend the Maximum Obligation by an amount not to exceed ten percent (10%) of Period One funding for this Agreement.
MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. The total Maximum Obligation of County to the Subrecipient for the cost of services provided in accordance with this Contract is $350,000, with individual Maximum Obligation budgets for each Fiscal Year as further detailed in the Budget Schedule, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment “C”.
MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. 31 The Total Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with this 32 Agreement is as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement. 33
MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. The Total Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with this 29 Agreement, and the separate Maximum Obligations for each period under this Agreement, are as 30 specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement, except as allowed for in 31 Subparagraph B. below.
MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. The total Maximum Obligation of County to the Contractor for the cost of services provided in accordance with this Contract is $1,800,000, as further detailed in the Budget Schedule, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment “C”.
MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. The Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with this Contract 30 is as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Contract.
MAXIMUM OBLIGATION. 18 The Total Maximum Obligations of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with this 19 Agreement duringand the separate Maximum Obligations for Period One and Period Two are as 20 specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement. 21
