Maximum Principal Amount of Loan. The principal amount of the Loan shall not exceed $13,000,000.00 (the “Commitment”). The Borrower may borrow, repay and re-borrow, from the Effective Date until the business day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, provided that the principal amount of the Loan shall never exceed the amount of the Commitment.
Maximum Principal Amount of Loan. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, DNR will make the Loan in installments to the Participant in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $18,000,000 to pay Eligible Costs of the Project and to pay Costs of Issuance. The Maximum Principal Amount may be reduced without revision of any other terms, provisions or conditions of this Agreement to reflect reductions in the estimated or actual total Eligible Costs as impacted by opening of bids for construction, change orders, final actual costs, and prepayments. The Loan is evidenced by the Bonds.

  • Amount of Loan The Loan shall comprise the aggregate amount of Tranches disbursed by the Bank under the Credit, as confirmed by the Bank pursuant to Article 2.03.

  • Amount of Notes The aggregate principal amount of Notes which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture on the Issue Date is $3,140,000,000. The Issuers may from time to time after the Issue Date issue Additional Notes under this Indenture in an unlimited principal amount, so long as (i) the Incurrence of the Indebtedness represented by such Additional Notes is at such time permitted by Section 4.03 and (ii) such Additional Notes are issued in compliance with the other applicable provisions of this Indenture.   • Calculation of Principal Amount of Notes The aggregate principal amount of the Notes, at any date of determination, shall be the principal amount of the Notes at such date of determination. With respect to any matter requiring consent, waiver, approval or other action of the holders of a specified percentage of the principal amount of all the Notes, such percentage shall be calculated, on the relevant date of determination, by dividing (a) the principal amount, as of such date of determination, of Notes, the holders of which have so consented, by (b) the aggregate principal amount, as of such date of determination, of the Notes then outstanding, in each case, as determined in accordance with the preceding sentence, and Section 13.06 of this Indenture. Any calculation of the Applicable Premium made pursuant to this Section 2.13 shall be made by the Company and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to an Officers’ Certificate.

  • Minimum Amount of Each Borrowing; Maximum Number of Borrowings The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing of Loans shall be in a multiple of $100,000 and shall not be less than the Minimum Borrowing Amount. More than one Borrowing may occur on any date; provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than four (4) Borrowings of LIBOR Loans under this Agreement.

  • Amount of Revolving Advances Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement including Section 2.1(b), each Lender, severally and not jointly, will make Revolving Advances to Borrowers in aggregate amounts outstanding at any time equal to such Lender’s Commitment Percentage of the lesser of (x) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount less the aggregate Maximum Undrawn Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit or (y) an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Amount of facility Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Lender shall make available to the Borrowers a loan facility not exceeding $130,000,000 to be drawn in a single advance.
