MAXIMUM RETIREMENT BENEFIT PROVISION. Notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, in no event shall the maximum annual Retirement Benefit attributable to Employer contributions payable to a member commencing on his Normal, Late, Early, Thirty (30) Year Service or Disability Retirement Date exceed the following: When expressed as an annual Retirement Benefit, a Retirement Benefit shall not exceed.
