Common use of Maximum Reuse and Recycling Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reuse and Recycling. 24 CONTRACTOR shall process Large Items in accordance with the 25 following hierarchy: 26 • Reuse as is (where energy efficiency is not compromised) 27 • Disassemble for reuse or Recycling 28 • Recycle 29 • Disposal 30 CONTRACTOR shall not landfill such Large Items unless the Large Items 31 cannot be reused or Recycled.
