Garbage Disposal. You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.
Garbage Disposal. All refuse and waste shall be routinely and frequently removed from the premises and deposited in trash bags in trash containers in designated areas only. Lessee shall comply with any recycling rules, regulations and ordinances imposed.
Garbage Disposal. Lessee shall not burn or incinerate any rubbish, garbage, or debris at, in, or about the demised premises, and shall cause all containers, rubbish, garbage, and debris accumulated therein to be stored within the demised premises, to be hauled away therefrom for disposal prior to the accumulation of any substantial quantity.

Garbage Disposal. The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that he does not cause the garbage disposal to become jammed. If the Tenant does jam the garbage disposal, the Tenant is instructed to utilize a hex key to manually twist the grinding plate by inserting the hex key into the hole on the underside of the garbage disposal. If the Tenant is unable, or unwilling, to remove the jam, the Tenant shall notify the Landlord who will arrange for it to be fixed at a cost of $90.00 to the Tenant which will be classified as Additional Rent and payable on the first day of the following month with the tenant's regular rent payment. If the Landlord or its repairman determine the cause of the issue to be something other than a disposal jam, the Tenant will not be liable for this Additional Rent. WARNING: GARBAGE DISPOSALS CAN BE DANGEROUS. TURN OFF THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL AT THE WALL SWITCH, AND IF POSSIBLE, UNPLUG THE DISPOSAL FROM THE WALL OUTLET BENEATH THE SINK BEFORE PERFORMING ANY WORK.
Garbage Disposal. Any damage to the garbage disposal due to disposal of bottle caps, coins, silverware & or any other type of metals or hard materials will be the tenant’s responsibility. The only thing that should go through the garbage disposal is light food.
Garbage Disposal. Trash disposal, other than the garbage disposal of items generated by the caterer, is your responsibility. Immediately following the event, please have your Clean-up Committee take a few minutes to walk all the areas of the building and property that have been utilized for the event and pick-up any refuse that may have been dropped or blown around. This trash may be placed into the Waters Edge dumpsters.
