Borrower shall not permit the ratio of Total Secured Indebtedness that is Recourse Indebtedness to Total Asset Value to exceed 0.01:1.0 In calculating the financial covenants pursuant to this Section 7.10, any obligations that are secured by Lxxxx described in clause (vi) of the definition of Permitted Liens shall not be deemed to be secured by a mortgage, deed of trust, lien, pledge, encumbrance or other security agreement.
