Common use of Maximum Senior Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Maximum Senior Leverage Ratio. Permit the Senior Leverage Ratio to be greater than 2.25 to 1.00 as of the last day of any fiscal quarter beginning with the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2016 and each quarter thereafter.
