Maximum Service Work Order Amount and Contract Amount. 2.1.1. The maximum amount the Judicial Council shall be obligated to pay to Contractor under any individual Service Work Order authorized under this Contract shall not at any time exceed the Total Project Price specified on the face of the authorized Service Work Order which is applicable to that Work. No verbal agreements will be honored. 2.1.2.
