Maximum Unsecured Debt to Total Unencumbered Asset Value. Subject to any payments made pursuant to Section 2.06(b), not permit at any time Unsecured Debt to be greater than 60.0% of the Total Unencumbered Asset Value at such time, provided that the Parent Guarantor shall have the right to maintain Unsecured Debt of greater than 60.0% but less than or equal to 65.0% of the Total Unencumbered Asset Value for up to four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Parent Guarantor during the term of the Facility following any acquisition of one or more Assets.
