Common use of Maximum Use by Owners of Benefitted Parcels Clause in Contracts

Maximum Use by Owners of Benefitted Parcels. In exercising its rights to use the Parking Easements benefitting any Parcel, the Owner of such Parcel, together with its Tenants and all other person(s) claiming use rights by or through such Owner, shall not be entitled to use, at any one time, more than the maximum number of parking spaces on the Campus allocated for the use of such benefitted Parcel at any one time as set forth in the table set forth in Schedule 3 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which maximum number does not include any of the parking spaces located in the Exclusive Parking Zone(s) located on such Owner's Parcel(s).
