Maximum Value of Supplied Livestock. The Association’s Purchase Costs (as herein defined) with respect to Livestock, shall not exceed: (a) The amount set forth in the Regulations from time to time; or (b) The amount approved by the Association from time to time, whichever is less (the “Maximum Value”).
