Common use of May Hold Bonds Clause in Contracts

May Hold Bonds. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Bond Registrar or any other Agent, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of bonds and, subject to Sections 6.08 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer or Owner Trustee with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Bond Registrar or such other Agent.
