Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee or any agent of the Issuer or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent.

Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee or any agent of IRSA or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of the Securities with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and may otherwise deal with IRSA and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from IRSA with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent. If the Trustee has or shall acquire a conflicting interest within the meaning of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee shall either eliminate such interest or resign, to the extent and in the manner provided by, and subject to the provisions of, the Trust Indenture Act and this Indenture. To the extent permitted by the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee shall not be deemed to have a conflicting interest by virtue of being a trustee under this Indenture with respect to Securities of more than one Series.

The Trustee shall not be deemed to have a conflicting interest by virtue of being a trustee under this Indenture with respect to Securities of more than one Series.
Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee or any of its affiliates or any agent of the Company or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities, subject to Sections 6.10 and 6.13 with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and may otherwise deal with the Company, any Guarantor or their respective affiliates and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent. However, in the event that the Trustee acquires any “conflicting interest,” as defined in Section 310(b) of the Trust Indenture Act, it must eliminate such conflict within 90 calendar days, apply to the Commission for permission to continue as trustee or resign.
