May Hold Governmental Lender Notes. The Fiscal Agent in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Governmental Lender Notes and may otherwise deal with the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender and the Borrower with the same rights it would have if it were not Fiscal Agent.
