May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 708 and Section 713, may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 708 Sections 7.08 and Section 7137.13 hereof, may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Security Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 708 Sections 608 and Section 713613, may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates and any Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company, any Guarantor in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 708 Sections 608 and Section 713613, may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates any Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. However, the Trustee must comply with Section 608.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note the Registrar or any other Co-Registrar or any Affiliate thereof or agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 708 Sections 6.8 and Section 7136.13, may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or Co-Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 708 Sections 508 and Section 713512, may otherwise deal with the Company or its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.
