May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer or any of its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar Trustee or any other agent of the Issuer Paying Agent or the Co-IssuerNote Registrar, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar Agent or such other agentNote Registrar.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 808 and 813, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer or any of their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Trustee or any Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar Registrar, or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-IssuerObligor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 5.08 and 5.12, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer Obligor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar Registrar, or such other agent.

The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or of the Co-IssuerTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Notes, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not any Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent. However, the Trustee must comply with Section 6.08.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-IssuerIssuers, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer Issuers or any of their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar any Note Registrar, any authenticating agent or any other agent of the Issuer Issuers or of the Co-IssuerTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to TIA §§ 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer Issuers with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar Note Registrar, authenticating agent or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-IssuerIssuers, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and or warrants to purchase Notes and, subject to Section 6.08, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer Issuers with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer or any of its Affiliates, with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer Corporation or of the Co-IssuerTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and and, subject to Trust Indenture Legislation, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer Corporation with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar Trustee or any other paying agent of the Issuer or the Co-IssuerNote Registrar, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar paying agent or such other agentNote Registrar.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Administrative Agent, any Paying Agent, the Notes Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and, subject to SECTIONS 11.05 through (and including) 11.07, may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Administrative Agent, Paying Agent, Notes Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes any Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or of the Co-IssuerTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Notes, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not any Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent. However, the Trustee must comply with Section 608.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the Note Administrator, the Paying Agent, the Notes Registrar Registrar, the Loan Agent or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Note Administrator, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar Registrar, Loan Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-IssuerTrustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Notes, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and or any other obligor on the Co-Issuer Notes with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, the any Paying Agent, the Notes Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer and the Co-Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Note Registrar or such other agent.
