Common use of May Hold Notes Clause in Contracts

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 6.07 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 8.08 and 8.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.

The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 708 and 713, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.
