Common use of May Hold Notes Clause in Contracts

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Agent, or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 6.08 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Agent, or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject and/or additional Notes issued pursuant to Sections 6.08 2.13 and 6.133.2, if any, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.
