May Hold Secured Debt. The Trustee, the Loan Agent, any Paying Agent, Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Secured Debt and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any of their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Loan Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.
