May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, of the Guarantor, or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, of the Guarantor, or of the Trustee, in its their individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) SECTIONS 6.08 and 3116.13, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, of the Guarantor, or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agentagent of the Company.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, of the Guarantor, or of the TrusteePEC, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Guarantor PEC or an Affiliate of either with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Paying Agent, any Paying Authenticating Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, of the Guarantor, or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) 608 and 311613, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.
