The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company or of the TrusteeCompany, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311311 of the TIA, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar, any Security Registrar Conversion Agent or any other agent of the Company or of the TrusteeCompany, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) 6.08 and 3116.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Conversion Agent or such other agent, provided however, that the Trustee is subject to TIA Section 310(b) and Section 311.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(bSections310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company Company, Finance Corp. or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311311 in the case of the Trustee, may otherwise deal with the Company and Finance Corp. with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Registrar or any Security Registrar of their Affiliates or any other agent of the Company or of the Trustee, in its their respective individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311311of the TIA, may otherwise deal with the Company Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Company or of the TrusteeCompany, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject 57 to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Company or of the Trusteeany Subsidiary Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company or of the TrusteeCompany, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b3.10(b) and 3113.11, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.
