Common use of May Hold Securities Clause in Contracts

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuers and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Company or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 6.08 and 6.136.12, may otherwise deal with with, and collect obligations owed to it by, the Issuers and Company or the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 608 and 6.13612, may otherwise deal with with, and collect obligations owed to it by, the Issuers and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Company [or the Guarantor], in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 608 and 6.13613, may otherwise deal with the Issuers and Company [or the Guarantor Guarantor] with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Issuer or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities of any series and, subject to Sections 6.8 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuers Issuer and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers or the GuarantorIssuers, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 608 and 6.13613, may otherwise deal with the Issuers and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Issuers Partnership or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 6.8 310(b) and 6.13311, may otherwise deal with the Issuers and Partnership or the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Company or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 608 and 6.13612, may otherwise deal with with, and collect obligations owed to it by, the Issuers and Company or the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Issuers Issuer or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 6.8 310 (b) and 6.13311, may otherwise deal with the Issuers and Issuer or the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of any of the Issuers Issuer or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and coupons and, subject to Sections 6.8 608 and 6.13613, may otherwise deal with the Issuers Issuer and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security the Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Applicable Issuer or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 8.08 and 6.138.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuers and the Guarantor Applicable Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Company or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections Section 6.8 and Section 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuers Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar Registrar, any Calculation Agent or any other agent of the Issuers Company or the Guarantor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 608 and 6.13613, may otherwise deal with the Issuers Company and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar Registrar, any Calculation Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Securities. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, any Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers or the GuarantorIssuer, in its individual or any other capacity, and any of their respective Affiliates may become the owner or pledgee of Securities and, subject to Sections 6.8 and 6.13Section 6.5, may otherwise deal with the Issuers Issuer and the Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.
