MBE/WBE Participation Credit. A. If CONTRACTOR is itself an MBE or WBE, MBE/WBE participation credit shall be given in an amount equal to the entire Total Contract Value less the value of the Services actually performed by other MBE or WBE firms on the Contract. If CONTRACTOR is not an MBE or WBE, then MBE/WBE participation credit will be given for the value of the Services that are actually performed by each MBE or WBE subcontractor or sub-subcontractor.
