Common use of MCC Grant Clause in Contracts

MCC Grant. MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven million six hundred fifty thousand U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,000) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, an “Activity” and, collectively, the “Activities”).

MCC Grant. MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven million six nine hundred fifty seventy thousand three hundred seventy-five U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,00011,970,375) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, an “Activity” and, collectively, the “Activities”).

MCC Grant. MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven thirteen million six three hundred fifty forty thousand U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,00013,340,000) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, each an “Activity” and, and collectively, the “Activities”).

MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven two million six seven hundred fifty thousand U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,0002,700,000) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, an “Activity” and, collectively, the “Activities”).

MCC Grant. MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven eight million six hundred fifty thousand U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,0008,000,000) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, an “Activity” and, collectively, the “Activities”).) according to one of the following two methods:

MCC Grant. MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven ten million six five hundred fifty thousand U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,00010,500,000) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, an “Activity” and, collectively, the “Activities”).

MCC hereby grants to the Government, under the terms of this Agreement, an amount not to exceed eleven seven million six hundred fifty thousand U.S. Dollars (US$11,650,0007,600,000) (the “Grant”) to fund the activities described in more detail in Annex I (each, an “Activity” and, collectively, the “Activities”).
