MCG’s Obligations. In consideration for the releases contained in this Settlement 25 Agreement, and as a direct result of the Litigation, and without admitting liability for any of the 26 1 alleged acts or omissions alleged in the Litigation, and in the interests of minimizing the costs 2 inherent in any litigation, ▇▇▇ will perform all the following:
