Common use of MCLEODUSA NETWORK Clause in Contracts

In the event that Alliant Energy requests that McLeodUSA undertake a project for which construction of additional facilities on the McLeodUSA Network is required, the costs of such construction shall be charged to Alliant Energy pursuant to the Alliant Energy Pricing Option attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit .
