McLeodUSA to Perform. The IRU Fibers may be physically spliced into the McLeodUSA Cable. In order to maintain the integrity of the McLeodUSA Cable and Network, McLeodUSA, or a contractor operating under its direction, shall perform all splicing performed on the McLeodUSA Cable.
