The following are MCP responsibilities that are not otherwise specifically stated in OAC rule provisions or elsewhere in the MCP provider agreement. As specified by ODJFS, currently-contracting MCPs may be required to submit verification of any operational program requirements not already verified in order to demonstrate compliance and readiness with the SFY 2004 program provisions.
