MCST DAMAGE TO PREMISES. MCST shall at its own cost repair or replace, at City’s sole discretion, any equipment, the pool, pool structure or landscaping, or any other part of the RAC, including, but not limited to the Storage Area/Coaches Office, which is damaged, destroyed, lost or rendered inoperable by the acts, errors or omissions any official, board member, employee, independent contractor, member, agent, representative, contractor, subcontractor, guest or invitee of MCST.
