mCTA Clause 4. 14.9(a) (CRO-mCTA 4.15.9(a)): Archiving This sub-clause allows for circumstances in which archiving is arranged on behalf of the Participating Organisation, as well as where the archiving is arranged by the Participating Organisation itself. Costs associated with archiving may be reimbursed by the Sponsor (or CRO, where applicable), provided that those costs are reasonable, agreed in advance and set out in the financial schedule.

mCTA Clause 4. 13 – (CRO-mCTA Clause 4.14) Access, Research Misconduct and Regulatory Authorities Reflecting the strict regulatory environment faced by Sponsors (and CROs), representations have been included to confirm that the Participating Organisation is unaware of any restriction on the Principal Investigator or the Personnel that would prevent that individual from having a role in the clinical trial. Detailed provisions covering the Sponsor’s (and CROs) access to the premises/site and handling of possible misconduct have been agreed and these include various reporting requirements.

  • FOIPP Clause 1. By submitting your bid, you agree to disclosure of the information supplied, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP).

  • Xxxxxxx Clause 3.10 The Business Manager of the Union shall have the right to appoint a Xxxxxxx at any shop or job or on any crew where workers are employed under the terms of this Agreement. The Employer shall not make transfer of any Xxxxxxx from the shop or job or crew to which he was appointed to another shop or job or crew without first having notified the Business Manager of the Union of his/her desire to make such transfer and having secured Union's approval of the transfer proposed. Such Xxxxxxx shall see that this Agreement and Working and Safety Rules are observed and he shall be allowed sufficient time and be furnished necessary transportation to perform these duties during regular working hours. Under no circumstances shall the Employer dismiss, or otherwise discriminate against, an employee for making a complaint or giving evidence with respect to an alleged violation of any provision of the Agreement. The Xxxxxxx shall be included in all overtime at his/her headquarters whenever feasible. The Business Manager shall remove from his/her duties any Xxxxxxx at any time he considers the best interest of the Local Union will be served thereby and shall notify the Employer immediately of such removal.   • General clause 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of the Union and of the Republic of Azerbaijan only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, of the Union or the Member States, this Agreement or other international Agreements.

  • Fall Clause 7.1 The BIDDER undertakes that it has not supplied/is not supplying similar product/systems or subsystems at a price lower than that offered in the present bid in respect of any other Ministry/Department of the Government of India or PSU and if it is found at any stage that similar product/systems or sub systems was supplied by the BIDDER to any other Ministry/Department of the Government of India or a PSU at a lower price, then that very price, with due allowance for elapsed time, will be applicable to the present case and the difference in the cost would be refunded by the BIDDER to the BUYER, if the contract has already been concluded.

  • Sunset Clause The provisions of this Section expires automatically on the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • General Clauses 29.1 This Deed of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and no agreement, representation or warranty between the Parties other than those set out herein are binding on the Parties.

  • Survival Clause It is the intent of the Parties that this Agreement and procurement method applies to any TIPS Sale made during the life of this Agreement even if made on or near the Contract Expiration Date as defined herein. Thus, all TIPS Sales, including but not limited to: leases, service agreements, license agreements, open purchase orders, warranties, and contracts, even if they extend months or years past the TIPS Contract Expiration Date, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplemental Agreement between Customer and Vendor or unless otherwise specified herein.

  • BREAK CLAUSE IF YOU HAVE OPTED FOR A FIXED TERM CONTRACT YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE DETAILS OF A BREAK CLAUSE NOTED IN YOUR PARTICULARS.

  • Additional Clauses 31.13.1 The Parties expressly agree that if any limitation or provision contained or expressly referred to in this Clause 31 (Indemnities and Liability) is held to be invalid under any Law, it will be deemed omitted to that extent, and if any party becomes liable for loss or damage to which that limitation or provision applied, that liability will be subject to the remaining limitations and provisions set out in this Clause 31 (Indemnities and Liability).
