Meal Stops. Within the first four (4) hours of travel time, there shall be no less than a one (1) hour stop for a meal. After this first stop, meal stops shall occur at reasonable intervals. If, however, the trip does not start until after noon, the first meal stop need not occur for five (5) hours. The actual time utilized for such meal stops shall not be considered part of travel time.
