Unless otherwise stated, any reference contained in this Agreement to a Section refers to the provision of this Agreement. Wherever the context may require, any pronouns used in this Agreement will include the corresponding masculine, feminine, or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns or pronouns, including all defined terms, will include the plural and visa versa.
