Common use of Meaning of Completion Clause in Contracts

Meaning of Completion. It shall not be obligatory for the Developer to complete the Common Portions, the Specified Facilities and the Said Club before giving the Possession Notice to the Buyer and the Said Flat and the Parking Space (if any) shall be deemed to have been completed in all respect if the same is made fit for habitation and use [(1) in bare condition and (2) as per the Specifications, the decision of the Architect in this regard being final and binding].
