Meaning of outstanding. Every Special Warrant represented by a Special Warrant Certificate countersigned and delivered by the Trustee hereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding until it shall be cancelled or delivered to the Trustee for cancellation or until the Expiry Time; provided that where a new Special Warrant Certificate has been issued pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof to replace one which has been mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Special Warrants represented by any such new Special Warrant Certificate shall be counted for the purpose of determining the aggregate number of Special Warrants outstanding.

Meaning of outstanding. Every Special Warrant represented by a Special Warrant Certificate countersigned and delivered by the Trustee hereunder shall be deemed to be outstanding until it shall be cancelled or delivered exercised pursuant to the Trustee for cancellation or until the Expiry Time; terms of this Indenture, provided that where a new Special Warrant Certificate has been issued pursuant to Section 2.7 the terms hereof to replace one which has been mutilated, lost, stolen destroyed or destroyedstolen, the Special Warrants represented by any only one of such new Special Warrant Certificate Certificates shall be counted for the purpose of determining the aggregate number of Special Warrants outstanding.
