Whenever herein a document or matter is required to be satisfactory to Administrative Agent or satisfactory to Lenders or satisfactory to Required Lenders, unless expressly stated otherwise such document must be satisfactory to Administrative Agent, Lenders or Required Lenders (as applicable) in both form and substance, and unless expressly stated otherwise Administrative Agent, Lenders or Required Lenders (as applicable) shall have the commercially reasonable discretion to determine whether the document or matter is satisfactory.
