Meanings of Other Terms. Except where the context otherwise requires, words importing the masculine gender include the feminine and the neuter, if appropriate, words importing the singular number shall include the plural number and vice versa and words importing persons shall include firms, associations, corporations and other entities. All references herein to Articles, Sections and other subdivisions, unless referring specifically to the Plan or provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, or other law, statute or regulation, refer to the corresponding Articles, Sections and other subdivisions of this Trust Agreement, and the words herein and words of similar import refer to this Trust Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or subdivision of this Trust Agreement. The term “including” shall mean “including, without limitation.”
