MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT Payment. 12.01 If the Contractor complies with this Agreement, CoastalNRM shall pay the Contractor for all Work at the rates [inclusive of taxes paid or payable by the Contractor to a supplier but exclusive of any applicable Provincial Sales Tax (PST) that the Contractor is required to charge CoastalNRM as a taxable transaction and the Goods and Services Tax (GST)] and times described in Schedule B and we are not obliged to pay you more than the maximum amount or dollar limit specified in Schedule B.
