Measurement discrepancy. 4.5.1 If a Party is aware that any electric quantity measuring device is inaccurate, or breaks down, it shall promptly notify the other Party. The Parties shall discuss and find a solution as soon as possible. The Parties may determine the electric quantity of the period during which the device is inaccurate or breaks down by making reference to other reliable data. If there is no sufficient basis to determine the electric quantity, it shall be determined by the Parties through consultations.
