Measurement of forces. 2.4.1. Measurements shall be made of the maximum force, acting horizontally and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, applied to the body block as a result of impact against the steering control. 2.4.2. This force may be measured directly or indirectly or may be calculated from values recorded during the test.
