Measures to Minimize Consequences. 33.4.1 Parties shall take reasonable measures to minimize the consequences of any event of Force Majeure. 33.4.2 When a Force Majeure situation lasts more than sixty (60) Days, the Parties will meet to examine the situation and implication for Petroleum Operations, in order to establish the course of action appropriate for the fulfillment of the provisions of this Contract.
