Binding on Parties. 15.1 This Agreement shall enure to and be binding upon the parties, their successors and lawful assigns.
Binding on Parties. This Agreement shall be binding on the parties hereto and their successors and cannot be varied or waived by any oral representations or promises of any agent or other person of the parties unless the same be in writing and signed by the duly authorized agents who executed this Agreement.

Binding on Parties. This Agreement will be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any person not a Party to this Agreement any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
Binding on Parties. The Parties warrant that if the facts upon which this Agreement is based are found to be different from the facts now believed to be true, this Agreement will remain binding and effective. The Parties expressly accept and assume the risk of the possibility that differences exist and agree that this Agreement shall remain binding and effective.
Binding on Parties. This Contract shall be binding upon the Parties on and after the Effective Date.
